In this video we show you how to use response rules to request pre-defined message responses.

Response rules allow you to sort, categorize and report on the content of specific responses. For example - you can set up a rule to look for "Yes" and "No", and then sort responses to your message according to whether they match "Yes", "No", and the standard categorization by delivery status.
