Despite a year that saw remarkable challenges on a global scale, Whispir has delivered an impressive Full Year result. Through FY21 the capability of our people, our product, and overall performance has gone from strength to strength, with more than 800 customers delivering an Annualised Recurring Revenue of $53.6m for the year - an increase of 28.5% from last year.

“Whispir has never been in a better position to support a growing number of businesses to innovate their stakeholder engagement through digital means. Our business is committed to substantial investment in R&D, sales, and marketing capabilities to drive new and existing customer growth,”says Whispir CEO, Jeromy Wells.

The global acceleration towards digitisation during the pandemic has had a significant impact on our business. We now have 801 customers across ANZ, Asia, and North America.

The North American market remains an attractive area for growth and we have built our team and capabilities in this region to support local customers, and more importantly, drive growth. We continue to service Asia and ANZ, and look to attract key talent to expand in these markets.

“Whispir continues to invest in industry-leading artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities that will further enhance the value we deliver to customers and build a long-term competitive advantage with our next-generation products,” says Jeromy Wells.

Whispir’s dedicated product intelligence and strategy function use data science and statistical methods to inform and build our products. Our people grow our capabilities, drive innovation, solve problems for customers and create value in Whispir.

These results reflect their hard work and dedication over the past year - amidst the global backdrop of a pandemic. We are proud of these results and we thank our incredible team as we set our sights on the future.
